
Access
Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance. Patient services are provided at ground floor level. A disabled patient’s WC is provided near the front entrance. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
Out of Hours and Emergencies
For health information and advice, or if you need medical help fast when we are closed, call NHS 111. NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but it’s not a life threatening emergency.
In life threatening emergencies such as chest pain and severe shortness of breath you should call 999
Walk-In Centre
Nottingham NHS Walk-In Centre, The Island, Business Quarter, London Road, Nottingham NG2 4UU.
The Nottingham NHS Walk-In Centre is positioned within a business park close to the city centre and railway station and offers a nurse-led service. Opening hours are Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
